i think it’s not only important to write goals down but to also visualize it. i know i have personally failed so many goals when i didn’t plan how i would achieve those goals through visualizing it.
for example, how am i going to get to the gym 4x a week? what am i going to do differently?...
i’m going to plan my weeks in advance every sunday. i’m going to set boundaries & communicate when i’m going to the gym. my schedule should be slowing down this semester, so i will have more time to go to the gym. i’m going to continue to prioritize my health & self care. i’m going to ask for help when i lose motivation. i’m going to pack clothes for the gym before leaving in the morning. i’m going to prepare my mind & not allow myself to make excuses because there are none.
i’m going to help visualize my goal by asking myself questions - such as, what would it feel like to go the gym 4x a week? what would it look like? how would i feel at the end of the year when achieving this goal? what do i want the outcome of achieving this goal to be? what inspires me to achieve this goal? what’s going to keep me going?, etc.
write down your goals. plan for your goals. prioritize your goals. visualize your goals!
lets crush our goals this year!!
